T E D I O U S 💀😩
This is literally as boring as it looks. I have to fill a lot of my week with cross training so this is a day in and day out session I do. On the weekends I will ride this elliptical for 90mins a day to mimic a long run! Kill me.... week days it's more like 60mins paired with the pool or Alter G treadmill. All part of the plan to get me back fitter then ever!
