T U E S D A Y O N C A M P 💪🏾
Tuesday’s are always an intense day for us but at an altitude camp, even more so. We start the day driving an hour to the track where we have our hardest session of the week. We then usually shop for the week and bring all our supplies back up the mountain. After that I have one of my main lifting days. Here’s a sneak peak. 🏋🏼♀️💪🏾

One of the hardest sessions of the week falls on our Saturday morning. Very unfortunate for Friday nights but it makes Saturday nights that bit more relaxing.
Today, as always, 800m hills X 6. All up about 18km of running this morning.
